Payments are due by the 15th of each month beginning in August. The last payment is due by April 15th, however; school will end in May. If you are unable to pay tuition on time, please contact the Administrator. Your child will not be permitted to continue in attendance if payment is not received.

Checks should be made payable to Columbia Heights Preschool and may be given to your classroom teacher or mailed to:

A $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Receipts will be given only for cash payments.

In cases of extended illness a tuition fee waiver may be considered upon receipt of a written statement from your Physician. No other tuition waivers or refunds will be considered. If you decide to withdraw your child from the Preschool you are required to give a two week written notice.

COLUMBIA HEIGHTS PRESCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP

  1. Funding: Fundraisers, private donations

  2. Nature of Award: Limited to no more than 2 months, unless given and requested for a specific child.

  3. Eligibility & Standards Single Parent Family, Large Family, Child's Specific Need, Economic i.e. lost job. Eligibility will be at the discretion of the Preschool Board.

  4. Selection: Referral will be made to the Preschool Board and subject to the approval of the Board.

  5. Application; An application form needs to be completed by the applicant's parent or or guardian. Names will remain confidential.
